144 Hz, 144 Hz With 2 Hz, Binaural Beats For Deep Relaxation

Binaural beats is a perceptual auditory phenomenon that occurs when two different sine wave frequencies are presented separately to each ear. The brain perceives a third tone that is the difference between the two. It’s the brain’s way of interpreting the difference between two auditory inputs that are so close together.

For example, if you were to play a 300 Hz frequency in one ear and a 302 Hz frequency in the other ear, your brain would perceive a binaural beat of 2 Hz.

The delta brainwave range is typically from about 0.5 to 4 Hz. Delta waves are associated with the deepest levels of relaxation, recovery, and non-REM sleep.

Delta waves dominate during deep, dreamless sleep. During this phase of sleep, the body accelerates it’s recovery processes. This is essential for the body and physical well-being.
