Bill reads a press release from Kansas concerning the national common law grand jury convening in Wichita, Kansas to require the government show just cause as to why it has operated outside the bounds of the U.S. Constitution since March 9, 1933, interviewing a concerned couple who attended the “event” (one as a juror) and discuss how it progressed into a “Quorum of the States”, perhaps attempting to have a “Conference of the States” (or a new Constitutional convention).
