Cream Cheese-Pomegranate & Black Pepper
1 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked for min. 2 hrs)
1/2 cup water (adjust slightly if necessary)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
½ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Add all ingredients except for pomegranate and black pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Mix in pomegranate and black pepper.
