Healthy Snack – Beet Chips – Oil Free!

Beet chips

INGREDIENTS
3 beets
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp onion
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Optional:
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and peel the beets. Slice the beets as thin and evenly as possible (2mm).

Mix the sliced beets with lemon juice and seasoning.

Place the beet slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet taking care not to overlap them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 F for 2.5 hours flipping every 20 mins until dry and crisp.

Chips will crisp more once they’re cool. Enjoy!
