Creamy Basil Dressing
Ingredients:
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup raw cashews, soaked for min. 2 hrs (nut-free: use raw sunflower seeds)
½ cup water
3 oz fresh basil
1 lime, juiced
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp black pepper
1 medjool date
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
