Hey guys it’s been really busy at the warehouse the last couple of weeks.
So busy I haven’t had a chance to make many videos, but we’re getting a lot done.
We got all of our rough-in inspections framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
The holes and penetration have been foamed.
We got our insulation installed and inspected- there are two layers of R13 in our exterior walls to give us a R26.
Then we had 17” of fiberglass blown into the attic for a R49.
Outside the guys are connecting the water and sewer lines from the building to the street.
Unfortunately, we ran into a bunch of rock- but they’re getting it done.
They sleeved the one-inch water line with 4” drain tile to protect it and attached a tracing wire in case it ever need to be located.
