Recipe:
½ cup red cabbage sliced fine
1 cup green cabbage sliced fine
¼ cup grated carrot
½ cup vegan mayo (see my recipe in reels)
2 tbls pickle juice
1/4tsp garlic granules
1 tbls maple syrup or date paste
Salt and pepper to you taste
Whisk together mayo, pickle juice, maple syrup and spices.
Add to shredded cabbage and carrots. Mix to combine.
