I was impressed with how heavy duty the canopy kit is. Ventrac says it does not need to be removed for highway towing. They do recommend facing the tractor rear forward when towing.
All the mounting points of the canopy have rubber bushings to help isolate vibrations.
There’s an optional fan kit that mounts under the canopy with three settings to blow air down on you- it not only helps to keep you cool but also keeps grass and debris from blowing in your face.
And there’s alight kit available that mounts to the canopy for high-up lighting.
I also got this 12 volt switch, front control that comes with a new SDLA lever – it had additional buttons and is required to operate some of the attachments. @hausplans
