CERN and Fermilab upgraded to use CMOS Smartphone tech that can see Photons as we do. I reported that to Don Lincoln at Fermilab over 10yrs ago and Don and I fought over this until he Blocked me.
When Don would not listen I took a particle physics course at Univ of Geneva which is basically CERN…….I reported this in my class at Univ of Geneva and they agreed CMOS was perfect for particle observations and now Fermilab and CERN are All In for Smartphone sensors.
In my opinion Don Lincoln OWES me and all of us an Apology. Don is on Facebook but blocked me…I suggest you go on FB and ask Don about this.
