It is the best juicer I’ve used. The juice comes out super smooth with minimal waste and very little oxidation, but what really sold me is that it also makes the healthiest nut milk, smoothies, and sorbets!
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
2 cups soaked walnuts (4+ hours)
½ cup soaked hemp hearts (2+ hours)
¼ soaked flaxseeds (2+ hours)
5 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the nuts and seeds for a minimum of 4 hours.
Process your ingredients through your juicer alternating nuts and seeds with water.
If using a blender. Blend until completely smooth and strain through a nut milk bag.
I have stored this milk in airtight containers in the fridge for 5 days with no issues. Timing could be more or less depending on how you store it.
