Facebook is facing multiple lawsuits from the State of Indiana and from parents who lost children from participating in the “Blackout Challenge”.
A federal judge recently dismissed one parent’s lawsuit against TikTok citing Section 230 which the judge interpreted as protecting TikTok from liability from showing harmful content to minors.
