Carol Fennelly, one of the nation’s most prominent advocates for the homeless and the founder and Executive Director of “Hope House” which began in 1998 providing cutting edge programs to strengthen families and, in particular, the relational bonds between children and their fathers imprisoned far from home, “Our mission is to help children stay connected to their fathers in prison”.
