In this video I take you on a tour of Toyota’s new TNGA platform which now is under many of Toyota’s new models.
This is not your typical tour talking about engineering data. This is a tour of the real world. Owning or working on the models built on this platform, What do you expect to see? What is similar between most models with this platform?
I first take you on a tour under the hood and show you what changed from previous platforms to the new TNGA Platform.
Then we’ll take a look at the front and rear suspension and how things are pretty similar in the suspension setups on different models.
At the very end of the video I give you some DIY tips on simple maintenance like an oil change with the new models that now have covers covering the whole bottom of the car. I always encourage you not to be intimidated by new cars but research and learn and you’ll see that while things have changed, This is still Toyota! The most DIY friendly car brand you can buy in 2021!
