Listen to this meditation at night as you fall asleep, when the brain is in the theta brain wave state, and as you drift to sleep the brain relaxes all the way into delta brain wave state where it is susceptible to programming. Play at a medium low volume to avoid interrupting sleep. You can also listen during moments of frustration, in the morning as you start your day, or any time you need a mental and spiritual pick me up.
