All of us begin more or less equal, and we’ve found there’s really no specific reason why these people have lived to be 100. It might be genetic. It might be hard work. It might be happiness, and contentment with life. But in 1985 in Canada there were only 2,000 people who made it to 100. Some of Canada’s oldest citizens share a few of their secrets of a long life with Bob McKeown.
