Peach-Strawberry Protein Shake
½ heaping cup frozen or fresh strawberries
½ heaping cup frozen or fresh peaches
½ tsp vanilla
4 tbls hemp hearts
4 tsp ground chia or ground golden flax (or brown flax if you like the flax taste)
1-2 dates
1 cup plant milk
½ cup ice (optional if using fresh fruit)
This drink contains approximately 15g of protein.
Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. This drink is better with ice or if milk is very cold.
