Black and Blueberry Pie Cups- Oil-free, Wheat-free, RF Sugar-free

Make raw pie crust by combining the following ingredients in a food processor until they resemble a semi fine meal and set aside.

2 cups of pecans and walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
4 medjool dates
1 vanilla

Filling:

1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Mix berries, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Add to a glass baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until blue and blackberries are soft.

Using a small set of dessert bowls or ramkins, begin to press a couple spoonfuls of crust mixture into the bottom of each bowl. Add filling and top with more of the nut mixture.
