So I’m in New York for a couple days and I’m always blown away by the sheer chaos that the construction workers here have to deal with.
There’s people, bikes, cars, trucks, and buses everywhere.
These guys, were having to completely stop traffic and open and shut a gate just to get one scoop of material with their front-end loader.
Then, once they had a scoop, they had to cross through this heavy barricade to get to the other side of the job site.
They were being super safe and I was impressed with how hard they were hustling.
Honestly I don’t think we appreciate blue collar workers like we should, electricians, plumbers, masons, mechanics, and heavy equipment operators. These guys are literally building the country.
