Recipe
1 cup Veggie Ground (see VEGGIE GROUND highlight)
2 cups cooked millet
1 cup black beans
4 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt or TO YOUR TASTE
In a bowl combine cooked millet, black beans, tomato paste, and spices.
In a wrap (see “BREADS” highlight) put millet mixture, veggie beef, tomatoes, and avocado. Top with Vegan cheese sauce (see “CHEESE” highlight)
