We just attempted to cook 25 pounds of chicken wings on the jobsite.
And made the sauce with 5-hour Energy Cranberry Lime shots. @5hourenergyshot #sponsored
First, I used a propane torch to heat the bucket on the excavator and filled it with seven gallons of oil.
Next, I mixed up the wing sauce: cranberry jelly, hot sauce, and honey; then I added 5-hour ENERGY Cranberry Lime.
This new flavor is one of my favorites!
Once the oil was hot, I pitched the wings into the excavator bucket.
While we were waiting for the wings to finish frying, I cut the celery and mixed up homemade blue cheese dressing.
I think eating wings with ranch dressing should be illegal.
After about 10 minutes in the bucket, these wings were good to go.
I wanted to coat every square inch of the wings with sauce, so I threw them in the cement mixer, poured in the sauce, and let them spin.
This worked awesome!
I dumped them in a water heater drip pan and used my leaf blower to blast them with crushed red pepper.
These cranberry lime chicken wings tasted absolutely amazing! @hausplans
