Grab breakfast and eat on the way to the first job.
Check on the painters- they’re starting to prime.
Have a quick meeting with them to make sure everything is covered.
Jump back in my truck and drive 20 minutes across town to the warehouse we’re building.
I lay off the area where I’m gonna dig a pit for a spray booth, then head to the rental store for a mini excavator.
Load it up, chain it down, once get back I go a head and unload.
I start by skimming the gravel off the top to keep it separate from the dirt.
I use my skid steer to move the gravel out of the building.
Stop and get some barbeque for lunch.
Back to digging. Got about 2/3rds of the pit done.
I’ve got a dump truck coming tomorrow, should go a lot faster.
Head home to a happy dog and dinner on the table. @hausplans
