INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups chickpeas (1 15oz. can)
1 medium size baked sweet potato
1 clove garlic
½ of a lemon, juiced
2 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp miso paste or salt to your taste
Add water to your desired consistency.
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake sweet potatoes at 400F for 40 minutes or until a knife can poke through with ease.
Combine all ingredients in a good processor. Process for at least 60 seconds for nice consistency.
