Delicious Healthy Vegan Greek-Style Burger

Recipe

2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
2 tbsp chickpea flour
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp shallot
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup of olives halved
5 tbsp fresh mint
½ lime
Add salt to your taste

Combine all your ingredients in a bowl and mix until combine. Form burgers. Heat well seasoned cast iron skillet on medium low heat. Place burgers in the pan and cook until lightly browned (3-5 minutes) Flip and cook another 3-5 minutes or until the second side it lightly becomes. Alternatively, bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
