Sweet Potato Pie Latte
1 ½ cups plant milk ( I used almond milk)
¼ – ½ cup mashed sweet potato (depending on how thick you like it)
3 medjool dates (pitted)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp tahini (optional for extra creaminess)
Pinch of ground cloves (optional)
In a saucepan bring plant milk to a boil. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite mug, sprinkle some extra cinnamon over top and enjoy!
