In the Middle East, are ghouls myth or reality? Are they Djinn or animals? Humans or genetic mutants? According to folklore they usually inhabit graveyards, have the ability to shape shift and eat the flesh of the recently deceased.  So to get a better understanding of them, in this episode of the Mysterious Middle East we will visit the world’s largest necropolis in Cairo, known as the City of the Dead, as well as the worlds largest cemetery in Iraq, two places in the Middle East, where we are most likely to meet a ghoul.
