He is the founder of Sunfired Academy and is often referred to as the “Father of Ethical Gourmet RA Food Cuisine.” Dr. LaTham has been a vegetarian for 50 years and has exclusively consumed Sunfired Cuisine for the past 44 years.
He is self-taught in the culinary arts, food science, self-growth, and well-being disciplines, drawing from his extensive personal library of over twelve thousand non-fiction books. Dr. LaTham has shared his expertise with diverse audiences across Africa, Asia, the Americas, Australia, the Caribbean, and Europe.
