Cherry Chia Pudding
1 cup of fresh pitted cherries divided in half.
2 dates
½ cup plant milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chia seeds
In a blender combine ½ cup pitted cherries, dates, plant milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Add Chia seeds to blended mixture and mix with a spoon. Add remain ½ cup of pitted cherries and mix. Pour into a bowl or cup. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Enjoy!
