Raspberry Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup plant milk
¾ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp date paste
1 cup rolled oats
⅓ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine plant milk, vanilla extract, and date paste in your cup or bowl, mix to combine. Add oats and mix. Add chopped raspberries and mix again. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours. The longer they sit the thicker they will be.
