Elizabeth Holmes And Compassionate Release – Deep Dot Darknet

December 7, 2022 1249 Views

In this episode of Deep Dot Darknet I am answering Buck Crocketts question:
“what’s your perspective on Elizabeth Holmes…does a pathway for compassionate release exist in the first 3 years?”

We will dive head first into compassionate release motions in this episode. These are also called “3582” motions because they are from 18 U.S.C. §3582(c)(1)(A)(i). We will be discussing various topics that revolve around compassionate release like 3553(a) factors, the specific factors that I factored into my compassionate release motion, how to get out of prison early with out snitching or ratting on someone (you guessed it, using Compassionate Release), we will be talking very shortly about the differences between woman’s and men’s federal prisons, and which federal prison is best?

Because I don’t operate with a script and I simply answer the question as asked sometimes I tend to go out of scope. I think I did a bit of that in this, for that I apologize.

In “Deep Dot Darknet ” I do my best to answer the questions that you have given me be it on email, social media, or here on youtube. Most of the time these questions are in regards to the Darknet, hacking, particulars of being a darknet vendor or other InfoSec or OpSec related questions.

I had started the “Deep Dot Darknet ” series, to be able to address these questions in a manner that was more complete than a “yes” or “no” response that you typically find in the comments sections.

In any case thank you all for taking your time to submit questions as well as watching, liking and subscribing!
