Hey Y’all Hey! This is my June 9th Prayer and Worship. In this Live, we worshipped the Lord, prayed and I shared the following Message for Christians: Don’t allow overthinking to make you miss God! 🙏🏽
The Lord is urging His children to be on guard against overthinking because it will stifle your movement for the Kingdom. I can testify that overthinking can be a challenge for myself. I am the type of person that likes to have everything figured out from beginning to end. However, when you’re walking with the Lord, He usually will only provide the instruction without further information. But as you walk in obedience to that Word, you will see the manifestation of the guidance needed to fulfill the Word.
But the key is to MOVE FORWARD.
Overthinking can be used as a hinderance from moving forward. The more we try to rationalize the instruction, the more thoughts can start to race which can lead to confusion. It can also open the door to worry, stress and fear. But the Lord is urging us to TRUST Him. Don’t worry. Don’t stress. Don’t overthink. Just TRUST and OBEY.
Also, declare the Word of God against overthinking. This is our weapon to combat all attacks from the Enemy (and even our flesh!). It truly is our firm foundation.
So, let us move forward with full obedience this week and watch the amount of fruit produced for the Kingdom!
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the L ord . “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts. ‘ – Isaiah 55:8-9
‘And the Lord is the One who is going ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not desert you or abandon you. Do not fear and do not be dismayed.” ‘ – Deuteronomy 31:8
‘“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it produce and sprout, And providing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the purpose for which I sent it. ‘ – Isaiah 55:10-11
