Red Lentil Flatbread

Ingredients

1 cup red lentils
2 cups water
¼ tsp salt or to taste

* This video was made over a year ago. I no longer use any ceramic pans because even the so called “good ones” are not safe, in my opinion.

Directions

In a bowl, add washed and drained red lentils, water, and salt. Allow to soak for 2+ hours.
Add the contents of the bowl to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour batter in the center of a well seasoned cast iron pan. When bubbles appear
and the top is dry, flip to cook the other side. Cook for an additional minute or so and remove from the pan.
