Made popular as early as 1965 by Swinging London fashion designer Mary Quant, the diminutive 1960’s mini skirt or dress and boots combination, became a staple fashion from Carnaby street to all around the world.
Models like Twiggy, Jean Shrimpton, Pattie Boyd, Peggy Moffit, Penelope Tree and Grace Coddington all helped make the 1960’s mini skirt tres chic.
