High-Protein Spaghetti and No-Meatballs
HIGH PROTEIN Veggie Meatballs:
2 cups veggie ground ( see my reels)
4 tbsp unflavored protein powder ( I use the Unflavored Complement Protein powder. Discount below)
1 tbsp whole psyllium husks
1 tsp garlic granules
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional:
1/2 tsp of salt or to taste
Regular Veggie Meatballs:
2 cups veggie ground ( https://youtu.be/lDuy_NqW_mQ )
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
2 tbsp chickpea flour (or oat flour)
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tsp garlic granules
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional:
1/2 tsp of salt or to taste
8 oz. of lentil or chickpea pasta

Hv Cheese Sauce (see my reels)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine the ingredients for the veggie meatballs in a bowl. Mix to thoroughly to combine. Form into 10-12 veggie meatballs.
Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, turn the veggie meatballs over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package.
Serve pasta with sauce and veggie meatballs, top with cheese sauce. Enjoy!
