It is the best juicer I’ve used. The juice comes out super smooth with minimal waste and very little oxidation, but what really sold me is that it also makes the healthiest nut milk, smoothies, and sorbets!

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Seed Milk

1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds (soaked for minimum 4 hours)
1-2 pitted medjool dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 cups fresh water (adjust amount for desired creaminess)

Directions

Drain the water from the soaking pumpkin seeds and discard. Add soaked pumpkin seeds, dates, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the AUTO10 container/hopper. Turn on the juicer and slowly pour water through the opening in the lid. Transfer to a container. Enjoy!
