We made a list of how much everything has cost on this warehouse building so far.
We’ve shown you all the steps of the building process, and a number of you have asked about the costs.
The building is 60’ x 120’, 7,200 square feet in total with 2,200 of it being office space.
When we first started building this warehouse, we intended to use it for storage, since then, an auto body shop has leased the entire building.
So we’ve left out the costs that were specific to their build-out such as the paint booth.
