The New Guy has literally been late 3 days in a row now.
I don’t know what to do to motivate this guy.
I’m all out of carrots; I’m all out of sticks.
So today I got to thinking what if I move his house into the house we’re building, then he’d have no excuse for being late.
He’s gonna have a hard time sleeping in when the guys are hammering and running power tools outside of his bedroom window first thing in the morning.
I’ve thought about just firing him, but the problem is it would take so long to train someone new.
When he does show up he’s actually really good at his job.
I mean this guy can run a skid steer like no one I’ve ever seen- the problem is he’s just not reliable.
He needs to stop playing Fishing SIM World Pro Tour to 3 in the morning so he can get to work on time. @hausplans
