Update: It’s still very possible that I’m wrong about the submarine tender, right now I am continuing the research and will update when I have a definitive answer.
Update 2: I am definitely wrong about the submarine tender, I have a better image now that confirms 100% what this vessel is. It’s actually a USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo dry cargo ship. Being wrong twice, while rare, still does happen. Man, I thought I had it for about 24 hours until I got a better image which confirmed my lunacy.
