Installing Downspout Drain Pipes Under the Parking Lot

We’re installing underground pipes to get all the gutter water away from the warehouse.
I used the Ventrac with the trencher attachment to trench the ditch for the pipe.
We had one rock that was too big for the trencher, but after beating it with a digging iron and prying it with a pickaxe we were able to get it out.
Because this piping runs under a parking area, I’m using all schedule 40 PVC pipe.
It will be able to withstand the weight of traffic.
I removed the temporary ADS pipe out of the way to install the new schedule 40 PVC.
I used clear primer rather than purple so it would be a cleaner look where the pipe is exposed.
Once I got all the pieces connected, I put some gravel underneath the pipe to raise it to the right height.
Then I checked it with a level to make sure there was slope away.
We used sand leftover from the masons to bed the pipe, so it won’t sag.
I backfilled everything using the Ventrac with the power bucket.
This machine is great for working in tight areas like around this electrical conduit.
The entire parking lot gets built-up another 8 inches, but I wanted to get these pipes installed first so they would have extra cover on top of them. @hausplans
