Is 2030 Really the End of the World?

This is my first video addressing the subject of climate change. In this video I discuss the origins of the often repeated but never cited idea that 2030 is the magic tipping point beyond which all hope is lost.

Many politicians, celebrities and other climate activists claim “climate scientists tell us we only have 12 years (ending in 2030) to save the planet”. However, the actual scientists who wrote the 2018 Intergovernmental Panel Climate Change report specifically say that is not the case. This video quotes the actual scientists themselves as reported in mainstream media outlets (AP, Washington Post, and Axios) with links provided below.
