Juice Recipe:
2 beet
1 green apple
1 pint strawberries
1/2 Cucumber

Use your cut your apple beets and cucumber into 3 inch chunks. Add to the hopper of your Kuvings Auto10. If your using your Revo830 you can skip the prep and process your fruits and veggies whole.

For the Nut-Free Vegan Cream Cheese:
Ingredients

1 cup hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cannellini beans
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/3-1/2 cup juice pulp

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add small amounts of water if necessary to blend. Mixture should be thick.

Cashew-Based Juice Pulp Cream Cheese Recipe:

1 1/2 cup raw cashews,
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/3-1/2 cup juice pulp
Water as needed

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add small amounts of water if necessary to blend. Mixture should be thick.
