Kemetic Legacy Today – Dr Yosef ben-Jochannan Ankh Anniversary Ceremony

Led by Elder High Priest of the Shrine of Ptah, Heru Ankh Ra Semahj Se Ptah, Kemites connected to The Shrine of Ptah pay homage to Dr. Ben at his nursing home in the Bronx, NY. Kemetic Legacy Today hosts Nfr-Ka Ma’at (Anika Daniels-Osaze) and Heru DjedenMa’at Aten-Ra (Jabari Osaze) were pleased to celebrate Dr. Ben with their Kemetic family as they were initiated by the Shrine of Ptah in 1998 and benefited from Dr. Ben’s teaching as they attended Cornell University. Dr. Ben taught at Cornell University’s Africana Studies and Research Center for many years. Now a glorious ancestor, Dr. Ben made his transition on March 19, 2015. He was 96 years old.
