Notice how I didn’t leave the shop at the request of the store manager with the man-boobs, yes it might be private property but if they wish you to leave they do not have the authority to order the Police to move you… The Police are not private security guards, they cannot be ordered by a company to move you, their only role is to prevent a breach of the peace and they cannot take sides.
The only way the company can force you to move is by applying to the court for an eviction order and once the order is issued then and only then can the Police lawfully force you to move.
