We just attempted to make a massive cake using construction tools.
First, we poured all the wet ingredients straight into a concrete mixer.
Next, we added some of 5-hour ENERGY’s New “Confetti Craze” shots.
They have a rich buttery vanilla flavor that tastes just like a birthday cake.
Finally, we dumped in the flour. The mixer actually did a great job.
We wanted this cake to be huge, so we filled 5 eighteen-inch pans with batter and baked them in the oven.
When you build a cake this tall it’s gonna want to fall over, so I cut 5 pieces of 1/2” dowel rod and hammered them into the cake to act like a skeleton.
Here’s where things got fun! I iced this cake on a custom-built turntable powered by my cordless drill.
This worked awesome, it reminded me of mudding drywall.
We wanted to cover the entire cake in confetti candy, so I drilled a hole in my leaf blower and taped a funnel on top.
I guarantee you no one has every decorated cake this fast!
This cake looked and tasted amazing.
