We finished the warehouse this week and decided to have our friends and family over to celebrate.
We have a custom ice cream maker attachment for the Ventrac that’s perfect for parties like this- it makes up to 16 quarts of ice cream.
It’s powered by the PTO from the tractor so there is no hand cranking involved.
Dump in layers of ice and add salt.
We got the mix from a local creamery- it’s really good.
Once I start the tractor, I turn on the PTO and engage the belt tensioner on the attachment, and the tractor does the rest.
Even the New Guy came in on his day off to help out.
Just about the time everyone started showing up, the ice cream was ready.
I turned on the lights in the spray booth so people could check it out- it’s crazy how bright it is.
This has been a long hard project; we definitely could not have done it without the help of all the workers and the support of our friends and family.
