We just attempted to make a massive pan of Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls right here on the jobsite.
First, we cut up three large pumpkins, took out the guts, and put them in boiling hot water till they were nice and soft.
Next, we added some of 5-hour ENERGY’s new “Pumpkin Spice” shots- they have a warm spicy flavor that taste like fall with a boost of energy.
Then we mixed in butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Now for the dough, we wanted to use our 14,000 pound roller to roll the dough.
I used my leaf blower to dust everything with flour and then we gave it a shot.
This actually worked really well.
After the dough was rolled I used a pump sprayer to put on a coat of butter; then I used a concrete float to spread the filling.
Now to make these you start by rolling up the dough into a long line and then cut 1” slices.
We made enough to fill an entire water heater drip pan and put them in our jobsite oven to bake.
Finally, we added frosting and a layer of pecans.
These pumpkin cinnamon rolls smelled and tasted amazing. Let us know in the comments- what should we cook next on the jobsite? @hausplans
