My SLEEP PARALYSIS Story. (HELP ME!)

I need your help everyone. In this video, I’m going to tell you my own sleep paralysis stories, my take on ghost stories and my theories about demons and possible demonic activity that’s possibly haunting me recently. Not sure what I believe about the existence of ghosts/demons as I continue my journey to understand but maybe this sleep paralysis is connected, I don’t know.
