Oil-Free Potato Wedges!

INGREDIENTS

4 red potatoes:
Optional:
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and cut potatoes into ½ to 1 inch thick wedges. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and spread the potato wedges on the baking sheet. Do not overlap them. Optionally sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through baking. Enjoy!
