We built this house 3 years ago- Here are some things I really like about our laundry room, and one thing I would change.
The farmhouse sink is good for prep cleaning laundry and It’s large enough to wash two small dogs.
There are lots of coat hooks, room for shoes, and a counter to fold laundry with space for our dog’s things underneath.
I keep cleaning supplies out of sight in the cabinets.
The pocket door helped us to avoid a door swinging into the room.
I can hang up clothes right after they’re done drying.
I should have known better, but I ordered an Extra-Large dryer that stuck out 5 more inches than a standard dryer-it’s almost in the doorway.
Definitely a good idea to check the dimensions when ordering a washer and dryer. @hausplans
