In this video I will be teaching you about a common topic in psychology: operant and classical conditioning. Classical Conditioning is also known as Pairing, and we use Pavlov’s dog to explain how it works. Operant conditioning has 4 main subgroups, and I will explain them as well!

Positive Reinforcement: Add a stimulus, add a behavior
Negative Reinforcement: Remove a stimulus, add a behavior
Positive Punishment: Add a stimulus, remove a behavior
Negative Punishment: Remove a stimulus, remove a behavior
