General Tso Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup vegetable broth (no salt added)
5 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp chili sauce or to taste
2 tsp arrowroot powder
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Add to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook until it has thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat
